MHA Paid Leave Implementation Office Hours will provide dedicated time each month exclusively for MHA hospital and health system members to discuss timely updates and engage in peer-to-peer discussion before, during, and after the implementation of Paid Leave beginning on January 1, 2026. MHA encourages the multidisciplinary teams within hospitals and health systems tasked with implementing Paid Leave to attend, share insights, and collectively trouble shoot issues in real time.
