MHA Winter Trustee Conference 2022
Registration is now open for the MHA Winter Trustee Conference! This important education program for trustees will be held virtually from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on January 6 and 7, 2022. We want to thank and recognize the leadership of the MHA Trustee Council for their leadership in putting this program together.
Thursday, Jan. 6: Our opening day will feature the popular NEW TRUSTEE BOOT CAMP, including four sessions on board governance, health system finance, policy advocacy, and quality improvement. This day of learning is intended to provide foundational information for trustees and will provide certification credits as noted below.
Friday, Jan. 7: Join community leaders and experts for GENERAL CONFERENCE sessions beginning with our KEYNOTE speaker, Minnesota’s commissioner of health Jan Malcolm. We’ll also discuss important emerging statewide workforce trends, hospitals and health system innovations in COVID-19 treatments, and changing media trends.

Fees and conference registration: Participants can register for the boot camp on Thursday, the general conference sessions on Friday, or both.
- Boot camp cost: $159 per person for MHA members, $209 for associate members, $259 for non-members
- General session cost: $199 per person for MHA members, $249 for associate members, $299 for non-members
Certification: Board members participating in MHA’s board certification program can earn credits toward certification. Appropriate credit will be given to trustees who fill out certification forms and attend sessions.
