This web conference will examine the value and benefit of inpatient telemedicine programs, with an emphasis telemedicine's use in rural hospitals. The Access Physicians team will discuss specific subspecialties that can be provided through telemedicine to help hospitals retain patients, improve clinical outcomes and be financially successful. The presentation also will provide a road map to implementing those programs.

Chris Gallagher, M.D., CEO and cofounder, Access Physicians

Chris Gallagher, M.D., is the CEO and cofounder of Access Physicians. Gallagher is board-certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease. He has dedicated his career to physician leadership and the development of efficient, cost-effective and high-quality physician networks. Gallagher was formerly the chief medical officer of CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital. He trained at UT Southwestern for both his internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship and earned his medical degree from Texas Tech University. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

  • $200 per session for MHA member hospitals
  • $300 per session per organization for nonmembers

In order to allow for social distancing, pricing is set up per hospital rather than per connection. Please register just one person from your facility and have that person share the access information with others within your facility who wish to participate. Each hospital within a system must register separately.

Please register by 5 p.m. on Aug. 28 to ensure timely delivery of access instructions. Once the deadline has passed, we will no longer be able to accept registrations.
